Blubber Residency
Blubber at General Practice 2023
I undertook a week-long residency at General Practice, Lincoln, along with two collaborators, Andia Newton and Andy Williams, exploring the topic of ‘Whalefall’ and exploring connections to Capitalist Realism, and the regenerative potentials of decay.
The research period culminated in a collective installation presenting whale remnants within the exhibition space, and creating a text piece, The Sacred Rot (below).
